Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside our control.

Responsibility Limitations

Donk is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
