Are your soaps suitable for daily use?

Yes. All Donk bars are formulated for regular, everyday use and designed to cleanse without leaving skin feeling stripped or overwhelmed.

Do you make medical or therapeutic claims?

No. Donk products are cosmetic in nature and intended for external use only. We do not make medical claims.

Why do bars vary slightly in appearance?

All products are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in color, swirl pattern, or texture are normal and part of the process.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soap and skincare products, we do not accept returns of used or opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
