Refund policy

 

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soap and skincare products, we do not accept returns of used or opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@donkcollective.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to product availability, at our discretion.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for scent preference, buyer’s remorse, minor cosmetic variations due to small-batch production, sale items, or gift cards.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

All products are handmade in small batches, and slight variations in appearance are normal.
